Global Exhibits Expo LLC provides exhibition booth design, fabrication, installation, and related services for trade shows and events. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Custom exhibition booth design and build
• Modular booth rentals
• Installation and dismantling services
• Graphics and branding solutions
• Event logistics coordination

3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided through our website or communications are estimates and subject to change based on:

• Final design specifications and requirements
• Venue-specific regulations and labor requirements
• Material costs and availability
• Timeline and delivery requirements

Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before project commencement. All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement. Generally:

• A deposit is required upon contract signing
• Progress payments may be required during fabrication
• Final payment is due before event installation
• Late payments may incur additional fees

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary based on project stage:

• Cancellations before fabrication begins may receive partial refunds minus design fees
• Cancellations during fabrication are subject to costs incurred
• Cancellations within 30 days of event date are non-refundable
• Force majeure events will be handled on a case-by-case basis

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate booth space dimensions and venue information
• Obtaining necessary permits and approvals from event organizers
• Timely approval of designs and materials
• Payment of venue-specific fees (drayage, utilities, labor, etc.)
• Compliance with venue and event regulations

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, concepts, and materials created by Global Exhibits Expo LLC remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment:

• Clients receive rights to use the booth design for their contracted event
• We retain rights to photograph and showcase completed projects
• Design files and fabrication specifications remain our property
• Unauthorized reproduction or sharing of designs is prohibited

8. Limitation of Liability

Global Exhibits Expo LLC is not liable for:

• Delays caused by venue restrictions, labor disputes, or force majeure
• Damages resulting from improper use or modification of booth materials
• Third-party services not directly provided by us
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the total contract value for the specific project.

9. Warranties

We warrant that our work will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Materials and fabrication are warranted against defects for the duration of the contracted event. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, or modifications by third parties.

10. Confidentiality

We respect the confidential nature of client information and designs. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties except as necessary to fulfill our services or as required by law.

11. Insurance

Global Exhibits Expo LLC maintains appropriate business insurance. Clients are responsible for their own insurance coverage for booth contents, products, and liability during events.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Atlanta, Georgia.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
